Madeline and Mark was my first official “microwedding” of 2020. In case you were wondering (’cause I definitely had never heard of this term pre-covid), a microwedding is “a smaller-scale celebration that typically has a guest count of 20 or less, and has a shorter and much more simplistic timeline. Most often, micro weddings will have a quick ceremony and a more casual and relaxed reception.”
While small in size, Madeline & Mark’s wedding was certainly not small on love, beauty and fun. I loved photographing M&M’s wedding day: from getting ready in Misselwood Estate’s beautiful window-filled room overlooking the ocean, to the vows exchanged among immediate family and a few close friends, to the thoughtful reception in Madeline’s parent’s backyard. It was a beautiful day for the sweetest couple, and it was an honor to capture their day.
